“ Dragon Palace is definitely a more unique Chinese restaurant in the Coventry area. Not many others offer Japanese as well so I liked that for an option on the menu. I had never been to this location until last night and overall I enjoyed it. My first impression walking in was I liked the atmosphere and the dim lighting..nice big bar and private dining room. Was sat right away, brought delicious table chips (wontons) and the the server came to take the drink order. A few nit-picky things for me was she asked the drink order and when I asked for a menu said there was only one cocktail menu in the building and she couldn't find it... that's just weird to me. Every table should have a drink menu. Also the food menu was paper which isn't the end of the world but I like an actual one. Ordered sushi for an appetizer, it was very good, very fresh.. would definitely come back for more. The duck and oyster sauces were also awesome. Ordered chicken fingers, dumplings, shrimp and fried rice... everything was great. I felt like the food was better then the service but all in all my dining experience was good :) ”
